Kay has consulted with individuals and institutions from NASA to healthcare organizations, professional athletes, to the International Spa Association. She writes and speaks nationally, helping business audiences reclaim their core values and find greater effectiveness, grounding, and personal power in their workplaces.

Kay’s personal dedication to advancing world leadership is also reflected in her role as the 2007 President of the International Coach Federation, an organization of 11,000 members from 80 countries. She holds their Master Certified Coach credential, and has a B.S. from the University of Texas and a M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.
